1. Services offered

Healing Map offers personalized holistic guidance plans, based on information from the client's completed questionnaire. Plans are delivered as PDF documents and represent educational information, not medical advice.

2. Payment and delivery

Payment is made in full at the time of order through Stripe. The personalized plan is delivered by email within 48-72 hours of completing the detailed questionnaire. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason. Exception: if the personalized plan has already been delivered and you explicitly consented to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. 4. Medical disclaimer

Healing Map is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor's advice. Information in the plans is educational and inspirational in nature. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before following any protocol. Healing Map is not affiliated with Anthony William, Inc. or Medical Medium®.

5. Intellectual property

All Healing Map plans and materials are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or sale without written consent from Healing Map is not permitted.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Frankfurt, Germany.
